Help Others Learn About Forests

The Hopkins Demonstration Forest is one of the most unique places in America. Nowhere in the country will you find a forest managed with the help of the community. Several thousand people come to Hopkins every year to enjoy the forest, to learn about caring for woodlands and stewardship of the land, and to plant trees, work on the trails, make firewood, and cut brush—and, many other tasks.

Help support the outreach program at the Hopkins Demonstration Forest by becoming a Friend of Hopkins! Memberships begin at just $25. If we all just give a little, we all can have a huge impact for the community. All Friends donations go directly to support our public outreach activities for youth, teachers, forest owners, professional land managers, and elected officials.

All Friends receive our newsletter, Grouse Hollow News. Also, all Friends receive invitations to special events throughout the year.

Become a Friend of Hopkins TODAY and share the important story about our forests in the community!
