Peter Matzka & Our New Forest Trails App
Peter Matzka, Oregon State University’s Forestry Outreach Program Coordinator at the Hopkins Demonstration Forest, has become a TV star – no surprise at FFI – Peter’s always been a STAR to us!
Peter has recently shared the new Forest Trails App developed for the Hopkins property on local news programming—first KPTV-12 in Portland, and then KGW-8, also in Portland. You can also read about Peter on TV in our FFI 2025 Annual Report—see page 13.
